1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BetaHive, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use BetaHive.

2. Description of Service

BetaHive is a platform that connects Android app developers with testers to help developers meet Google Play's closed testing requirements. The service allows:

Developers to submit their apps and find testers
Testers to discover and test Android apps in closed testing

3. User Accounts

To use BetaHive, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and truthful information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Developer Responsibilities

As a developer on BetaHive, you agree to:

Submit only apps that you own or have legal rights to distribute
Provide accurate app information including correct package names and opt-in links
Not submit apps that contain malware, harmful code, or illegal content
Comply with Google Play's Developer Program Policies
Not use BetaHive to manipulate Google Play metrics fraudulently

5. Tester Responsibilities

As a tester on BetaHive, you agree to:

Actually install and test apps you opt into — not just click opt-in links
Upload genuine screenshots as proof of installation
Not upload fake or fabricated proof screenshots
Join the BetaHive Google Group using the same Google account as your Play Store account
Not create multiple accounts to manipulate tester counts

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use BetaHive for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Attempt to manipulate or game Google Play's review or testing systems
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the BetaHive platform
Create fake accounts or use automated bots
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

BetaHive and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BetaHive and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant BetaHive a license to display and use it within the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BetaHive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Using BetaHive will guarantee Google Play production approval
All testers will complete their testing obligations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetaHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or Google Play account status.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use BetaHive ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of BetaHive after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
